 Aloha and Welcome to  MY WORLD! 

I have been immersed in the beauty of West Maui for 25 years!  When I'm not finding your dream home, I can usually be found either swimming in one of my favorite coves, enjoying yoga on the sun-kissed lava rocks, or hiking among the majestic Cook Pines and coastal trails. 

Many clients start out as thrilled first-time visitors, then progress to "Maui is our home away from home"  visitors.  They begin to feel Maui's embrace as they realize the kinder, gentler pace of life on the island. It's then that the adventure and search of a Maui Property begins!

My main goal is to assist buyers and sellers by presenting pertinent data within the context of  local market conditions, providing thoughtful perspectives and honest information.

Some people call me a finder, others know me as the Napili Mermaid... One thing is for sure...

I am a treasure hunter!  Whether it’s hunting for treasures under the surface of the sea each and every day or loving every moment of the challenge involved in finding the home or condo that works best for You, I'm all about knowing and understanding the West Side of Maui... 

I’m a voracious researcher (which is essential in every Real Estate transaction) and I’m a super speedy responder and able to execute on a moment’s notice, which is important in what can be a fast moving and very competitive environment.

I also have a great deal of patience and can stand by clients that have a “long game” plan… waiting, watching, sometimes for months or years and then making the move at the Right Time.

On the Flip side of that coin, I have helped many clients who are on a strict timeline … for example, those participating in a 1031 Exchange.

I also have tentacles in the Real Estate Community and I’m happy to guide clients to passionate and capable professionals in all things Real Estate…. Including: 1031 professionals, HARPTA Tax Experts, Legal support for assisting with Title Questions, Foreign Ownership, LLCs and Trusts.
